CNMV authorizes Global Social Impact Investments SGIIC
The Spanish regulator CNMV has approved the creation of Global Social Impact Investments SGIIC, as an Investment Manager specialized in Social Impact investment funds. The GPs and shareholders of the new Investment Manager coincide with those of Cobas Asset Management, although their activity will be independent.
