Iciar is the Head of Legal – Investments at GSIF Africa. Iciar is the Head of Legal – Investments at GSIF Africa. She has over 15 years of experience in multinational companies such as Ernst and Young, NH Hotel Group, Metro A.G. and Freshfields Brukhaus Deringer, specializing in Investments and Strategy. She has successfully led M&A, financing and sale & leaseback transactions with an aggregated value of €1 billion. Iciar holds a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE (E-3).
